The Best Jeans

Old Navy Jeans 1

Woah woah, that’s a pretty bold title! Yes, it sure is, but I mean it! For years, I didn’t dip my toe into the jean pool. As someone who is not a size 2, finding a great fit was impossible… until I found Old Navy’s Rockstar jeans, that is! I share a lot about these on Instagram stories, and soooo many questions roll in that I thought I would do a post about them!

I totally get that denim trends come and go, but I’ve never been one to jump on the trend bandwagon too much – I prefer to stick what works for my figure, and of course, they have to be stylish, too! I feel like the skinny jeans thing is timeless at this point – I know mom jeans and high waisted 70’s cuts are the rage right now, but they don’t feel so ME.

So, why do I love these jeans? Let me count the ways. They are suuuuper affordable. When Old Navy is running a promo, you can get these for like $30 or less. For instance, today, they are 30% off! That means multiple pairs, amiright?! They are thick, but super stretchy. I wear mine with a longer shirt, and they are so comfy. The mid-rise sits nicely above a tummy, and holds everything in without pinching. Oh, and the size range!!! They don’t stop at size 30 (eye roll).

A little hack: I get my mom in law to hem them, and as she’s doing that, she will bring the bottoms in ever so slightly so the ankles fit nice and tight. They are also so cute rolled up a little if you don’t want to tailor them. OR maybe you know how to hem yourself, in which case, go YOU!

My faves are the distressed indigo, and the white ones! I pair the with converse, or even my Rockstuds – love a good high/low look. So, what do you think? Have you tried them, or what are your fave jeans?!
